Returns (14 Days)
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
We can only accept returns for items that are:
• Unopened
• Unused
• In their original, sealed packaging
For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrances that have been opened, unsealed, or sprayed cannot be returned.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive the wrong item, we will correct the mistake at no additional cost.
Change of Mind
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days, provided the product remains sealed and unused.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Start a Return

We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
• Opened or used perfumes
• Samples or discovery sets
• Sale or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrect)
